Description
Insignia of the global Shin Kai martial arts organization. It's equal parts Koenkan and Cobra Kai. The eel is their symbol, as it also represents the current form of the ancient evil sea dragon that founded the ninja sect.

*I was trying to recall if the name had some kind of significance - then I remembered I took it from the Supreme Kai, Shin, from Dragon Ball Z. Meh.
